What is Ketosis and why should I care?
Ketosis happens when your body gets more energy from burning fat. It may benefit weight loss. It occurs when your body starts using fat as its main fuel source due to limited access to glucose, or blood sugar, typically caused by fasting or following a low carbohydrate diet. Normally, your body uses sugar, also called (glucose) for energy. However, during ketosis, your body gets most of its energy from ketones, which are produced from fats either in your diet or from excess weight you are carrying as. Your body is well able to survive using fats and ketones for its energy source instead of sugar (glucose) found in carbohydrates. At the same time cancers have less to survive on during fat burning ketosis.

Any time you decide to attack a cancer using an item, there will be cancer cellular debris as the cancer dies. It will be important to clean up that debris by taking a few days off to allow that waste to be cleared out by the kidneys and liver.
