What is a Herxheimer response?
When you start to kill off infecting microbes like viruses, bacteria, fungi, molds and parasites, they open up and dump all their toxins into your system all at once. If you are not flushing these toxins out quickly enough by increasing fluid intake, they can build up in your system to the point where they can cause nausea, diarrhea, and a headache or some combination of the three. The good news is that you now know something effective is taking place. The solution for this is to slow down your intake of the item you are using and to increase your fluid intake to remove these toxins via the urine. 2. HP is an oxidizer meaning it uses 1 oxygen atom to kill infections. What is the Controversy and why does it even exist?
1. Cells in the body are coated with an enzyme which makes them resist oxidation. Most bacteria, viruses and other disease causing micro-organisms, on the other hand, do not have this enzyme coating and are therefore vulnerable and get oxidized (destroyed) on contact with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Hydrogen Peroxide which costs very little when compared to traditional cancer care and that may be the major rub to why it is not used!
2. Taking hydrogen peroxide internally is a concern because it has highly corrosive and reactive properties and is a very strong oxidizer, that can prove fatal. That is true of 35% food grade HP which is FDA approved for the production and packaging of foods. The results showed that hydrogen peroxide could reduce the viability and proliferation of lung cancer cells, suggesting that it could potentially treat lung cancer.
Another study published in Cancer Letters found that hydrogen peroxide could induce cell death in breast cancer cells. The study treated a human breast cancer cell line with hydrogen peroxide. The results showed that hydrogen peroxide could induce programmed cell death (apoptosis) in breast cancer cells. This suggests that hydrogen peroxide could have the potential as a treatment for breast cancer.
5.While these studies provide promising results, it is important to note that more research is needed to determine the efficacy and safety of hydrogen peroxide in cancer therapy. The use of hydrogen peroxide for medical purposes should always be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

What is it?

How have we become so iodine deficient?

2. The Nation Institutes of Health (NIH) published articles questioning the use of using iodine in bakery products. About 10 years later, back in the 70’s, iodine was replaced with bromide in flour. Why is Aspirin included here?
1. Aspirin consists of acetic acid found in vinegar and salicylic acid found in willow bark, and some fruits & vegetables. Aspirin has been shown to inhibit the protein, NF-κB, activity, which is involved in cancer progression, particularly in breast cancer. This inhibition may help reduce cancer and tumor growth, making aspirin a potential candidate for cancer prevention and treatment strategies by cutting off the NF-κB activity which helps kill the cancer.

The relationship between saturated fats and heart disease has never been proven, In 2015 the highly esteemed British Medical Journal concluded that, “Saturated fats are not associated with cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, stroke, or type 2 diabetes.” Sources of the much healthier saturated fats are coconut oil, butter, tallow, lard, olive oil and avocado oil.
Coconut Oil vs Cancer
1. It has been known since at least 1945 that unsaturated fats are strong promoters of tumors and saturated fats like coconut oil, tallow, lard, butter, olive oil and avocado oil protect against tumor formation!
